By accessing, browsing and/or using this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Anyone ordering products for delivery acknowledges they have reviewed the contents of their order and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery. The buyer, solely, accepts the full risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reason , and acknowledges and agrees that they will not hold Watch World liable for such packages, for whatever reason, being unable to be delivered to their destination.
Watch World CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS
Some products available on this site maybe restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with such restrictions. To purchase wine you must be of legal drinking age in your country. Any minors, who wish to use this site, must do so under the supervision of a guardian who agrees to be bound to the conditions of use. Any Watch World account is to be used only by the person registered for that particular account. All information provided on registration must be true and accurate. False information provided on registration is considered fraud and is subject to the Privacy Act 1993. The account holder is responsible for ensuring that their account details remain confidential, and that access to their computer remains restricted to prevent others from gaining access to their account. The account holder accepts responsibility for all activities which occur under their account. Watch World reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at any time and will not be held responsible for fraudulent information.
PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Watch World. You will be charged in the currency which you have chosen to shop. Watch World reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and unless marked with a 'Free Delivery' symbol do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.
SHIPPING
We can send your order to any part of New Zealand. All our items are professionally packed for safe delivery. You may also request that your order be gift wrapped. We ship all products by courier or airmail. This usually takes between 2 and 15 working days depending on the delivery service and availability at the time.
We normally ship our products within three business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Your order will be delivered in separate parcels of less than 20kg (around 44 pounds) each for ease of handling and shipping. Our shipping & handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions of NZ Post will require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed within 1 working day.
Our products are delivered with free insurance when you purchase from Watch World. In the highly unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, or is lost, let us know, and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund - the choice is yours.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
PAYMENT
Payment options provided by Watch World are Visa, MasterCard via PayPal or Bank Merchant facility if available (only available in New Zealand).Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.
OWNERSHIP
When your order is delivered, you acquire ownership of all items. Watch World will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.
RETURNS POLICY
If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Watch World within 30 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to store@watchworldnz.com. A Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned.
The following options will be made available:
Replacement: If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.
Credit: If a credit is required, the appropriate Watch World account will be credited to the amount of the transaction, in the currency at the time of purchase.
Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited.
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL Watch World BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS THEREOF.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any matter relating to this Site will be governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them. |
